Sams tires

Listen I’m grateful for these guys for having a tire for my Genesis. However, they have horrible customer service. The worker who actually changed my car was looking at me funny. Not sure if I will return to this location. The only reason for the 3 star is horrible customer service.

Place was very fast, was out in like 7 minutes. Only thing I didn't like was they don't show you the tire first. They take your rim and just mount it. Your forced to just trust them that the tire is decent.

I showed up on a Sunday needing a tire, Tommy took care of me quickly. He was very friendly and helpful. 2 other people arrived with tire needs snd he was able to help both of them right away as well. If you're not sure where to go, seriously go no farther, they will definitely help you get back on the road. I'll be going back soon to get a complete set of tires, you should too. You'll be happy you did! I sure am!! Thank you Tommy, I'm glad I chose your tire shop!

I’ve been going to Sam’s Tire for years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. I still remember when I had my first newborn and needed reliable tires. Sam took care of me and set me up with a great set that lasted me about 2.5 years with zero issues until I sold the vehicle. That kind of consistency and honesty is hard to find. He’s very legit, runs a solid team, and gets the job done fast. It’s a working tire shop, so don’t expect anything fancy, but the service and pricing more than make up for it. Most recently, I came in for a tire patch and was in and out in under 15 minutes. Paid under $45, while other places were quoting $130+ and requiring appointments. I drove about 40 minutes from St. Johns just to come here, and it was absolutely worth it. One thing I’ll mention for anyone not familiar with tire work: after a tire change, your TPMS (tire pressure sensor) might show “unavailable” at first. That’s normal. Give it about 2–5 miles of driving and it usually resets on its own. I made the mistake of questioning it at first, but it’s just part of the system recalibrating. Overall, great pricing, fast service, and a trustworthy owner. Sam has earned my business long-term.

Excellent service! I recently switched mechanics and will be coming back here! I own a Tesla 3 and purchased 4 new tires from Amazon (priority tire). Not only did Sam and his team install the tires for me but they balanced and did the alignment for my vehicle. I would've spent over $1000 going to the dealership. They saved me money and time and were efficient with their work. 100/10 I would refer this shop to anyone!
